STANDARD DELIVERY TO UK MAINLAND (exc.Scotland Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles)

FREE for all orders over £45 (exc. Delivery Charge)

£2.95 for all orders under £45

Standard deliveries are expected to reach you within 3 to 5 days of leaving our warehouse.

COLLECT AT STORE

This is automatically offered as an option for all London postcodes. If your address is outside London and you wish to use this option, then please enter our store address as your Delivery Address, and choose Collect In Store. Our Address is 119/121 Westbourne Grove, Notting Hill, London, W2 4UP. Please wait for us to tell you that the items are ready to collect before coming to the stores.

ENHANCED DELIVERY OPTIONS (Under £45/Over £45)

Depending on your order and delivery postcode, some of the following delivery options may be offered  to you at the Checkout.

Same Day Delivery (£9.99 TO £19.99) Depending on Post Code

Offered for London Postcodes with costs varying between £9.99 and £19.99 depending on Post Code. Orders need to be placed by 2.30pm and is normally delivered within 4 hours.

Next Working Day (£4.95/£2.00)

This is our Recommended upgrade. Your goods will be delivered between 7am and 9pm, on the next working day following the date of despatch.  Orders must be received by us before 1pm and Goods must be in stock. We will advise you if for any reason we cannot meet this deadline.

1 Hour Notification (£6.95/£4.00)

Offered alongside most of the services, a small premium allows us to use a carrier who will notify you of a 1 hour time slot to help you plan your day. We must have your correct email address and mobile phone number for this notification to be advised to you.

Next Working Day AM (£7.95/£5.00)

Delivered next Working Day between 7am and 12pm. Orders must be received be received by 1pm and Goods must be in stock. We will advise you if for any reason we cannot meet this deadline.

Saturday Delivery (£9.95/£7.00)

Delivered on the next available Saturday subject to delivery time indicated on product. Orders must be received by Friday 1pm for this service.

If the items you have ordered are in stock and your order is received by 1pm, it will be packed and despatched the same day. For items with longer lead times, we ship as soon as possible. All items show expected lead times.

IMPORTANT TERMS FOR DELIVERIES

Our couriers will attempt up to two seperate deliveries to your address. A card or note will be left to notify you of the attempted delivery. You should contact the couriers directly to make arragnemtents for a redelivery at a time convenient to yourself.

After the two delivery attempts, your goods will be held at a local delivery depot from where you can either collect it, or we can arrange a redelivery on your behalf for a charge of £4.95.

If you do not contact the couriers. then after 5 working days of being held at the depot, the goods will be automatically returned back to us and will need to be redelivered to you for an additional handling charge of £4.95 plus any delivery charges.
