OUR CUT OFF TIMES FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY FOR ITEMS IN OUR DISPATCH AREA IS 1PM. PLEASE PHONE US IF YOUR REQUIREMENT IS URGENT.

For Desperate last minute deliveries, we can use same day couriers to get goods to you in London postcodes. There is a charge for this dependant on Post Code. Please call us to discuss this option.

COLLECT AT STORE - FREE. NO CHARGE.

All orders have the option of choosing to collect from one of stores in Notting Hill, London, W2. The address for our main store is 119/121 Westbourne Grove, Notting Hill, London, W2 4UP. Please WAIT for us to tell you that the items are ready to collect before coming to the stores. You will need to know your order number and bring with you the payment card used and a photo ID with you to collect your order. Our stock is located in multple places and it is liekly that we will need to move stock to the store for you to collect.

ENHANCED DELIVERY OPTIONS

Depending on your order and delivery postcode, some of the following delivery options may be offered  to you at the Checkout. Working Days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Same Day Delivery (£6.99 TO £39.99) Depending on Post Code, Size and Weight of your Item

Offered for London Postcodes with costs varying between £6.99 and £39.99 depending on Post Code. Orders need to be placed by 2.30pm and is normally delivered within 4 hours. For Example, Goods under 7Kgs in London Zone 1 are for £6.99. Please phone us for an exact quote on 020 70 60 5111.

Standard Next Working Day (£3.95 for Orders over £50 and £7.95 otherwise)

Your goods will be delivered between 7am and 9pm, on the next working day following the date of dispatch.  Orders must be received by us before 1pm and Goods must be in stock in Notting Hill. We will advise you if for any reason we cannot meet this deadline.

1 Hour Notification (£6.95)

Offered alongside most of the services, a small premium allows us to use a carrier who will notify you of a 1 hour time slot to help you plan your day. We must have your correct email address and mobile phone number for this notification to be advised to you. This carrier is unable to handle large items over 1m in length, so we are unable to offer this upgrade on items such as Ironing tables and Rotary Dryers.

Next Working Day AM (£9.95)

Delivered next Working Day between 7am and 1pm. Orders must be received by 1pm and Goods must be in stock. We will advise you if for any reason we cannot meet this deadline. Please note that if you are not available to receive the goods on the first attempt, subsequent deliveries may not be on the AM timings. 

Saturday Delivery (£9.95)

Delivered on the next available Saturday subject to delivery time indicated on product. Orders must be received by Friday 1pm for this service.

If the items you have ordered are in stock and your order is received by 1pm, it will be packed and despatched the same day. For items with longer lead times, we ship as soon as possible. All items show expected lead times.

IMPORTANT TERMS FOR DELIVERIES

OUR CUT OFF FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERIES IS 1PM. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO PROCESS ORDERS LATER THAN THIS FOR THE SAME DAY BUT CANNOT GUARANTEE THIS.

Our couriers will attempt up to two seperate deliveries to your address. A card or note will be left to notify you of the attempted delivery. You should contact the couriers directly to make arragnemtents for a redelivery at a time convenient to yourself.

After the two delivery attempts, your goods will be held at a local delivery depot from where you can either collect it, or we can arrange a redelivery on your behalf for a charge of £7.95.

If you do not contact the couriers. then after 5 working days of being held at the depot, the goods will be automatically returned back to us and will need to be redelivered to you for an additional handling charge of £7.95 plus any delivery charges.

We do our very best to ensure that delivery times are accurate and fulfilled as promised, but regret they cannot be guranteed, as they are subject to the final checking of stock and the performance of the couriers. We are also not responsible for any consequential or related expenses or costs due to delivery times not being met for whatever reason.
