I must admit i found the delivery of the item to be almost too quick as it was delivered within a day and i wasn't around, so to go to MyYodel's sorting office was a bit of a pain, as opposed to my local Royal Mail sorting office, but i didn’t want to wait a day or so for re-delivery.   So overall a 9.5 out of 10 (as no one’s perfect) but would recommend you lot so thanks again. I would just like to say that I had a great experience with Lords and would happily recommend them again.  There was a minor problem with the courier, but once I contacted Lords, I received a phone call within 15 minutes about my concern.  The Lords representative contacted the courier and called me back again a few minutes later identifying where the parcel was.  For other reasons, I couldn't get access to the parcel until late yesterday evening, but I still got another call this morning to check I had got the parcel.  This was a very impressive response to a minor problem I had and I was very pleased.  I think companies should always be judged by how they deal with problems and Lords dealt with my particular small problem better than I could have hoped for. I've been looking for a lightweight vac similar to the ORECK, but not the ORECK price, then I saw the VAX vcu-02 on your web site and could not believe the price, I was expecting some kind of catch. But no it's brilliant, If any of your customers are looking for a lightweight vac I would certainly recommend the Vax vcu-02 and that they come to you for it.  I'd used my heavy ( Beats as it sweeps) only a couple of days before, and when I got the Vax up and running I covered the same area and was amazed  how much extra the Vax picked up, it has powerful suction, gets right into corners, has enormous paper dust bags and with the extras supplied should last me years.  Yes thank you we received our purchase the day after you confirmed its dispatch. It arrived safe and very pleased with our purchase. We purchased a Brabantia ironing board. We have had a few boards over the years. I spent a little more on the last one- it was a Minky but to tell you it was just as rubbish as all the others we have had, not very stable and the welds on the frame tend to go after a while. That’s why I looked for a Brabantia. So far I am really pleased. Searching the net the Brabantia is the Merc of ironing boards, I do not know how you sell it for the price you have when you compare other we sites. The price drew me to your site. Thanks for the brilliant customer service I have received since placing my order with Lords of Notting Hill. Yes, the courier attempted to deliver the blanket in the two hour period I happened to be away from the house yesterday - always the way with couriers isn't it!?  Never mind.  I have rescheduled delivery for next Monday and hope to be enjoying the blanket in the summer days we have left.

Yes, I telephoned Bob to advise him that our items had been delivered Wednesday September 1st in the afternoon. I understand these things happen and can't always be helped.  Bob has been brilliant in keeping track of everything and I believe he even phoned me on Monday whilst not at work.  I am happy with my purchase and will be using you again.

I would just like to say that I had a great experience with Lords and would happily recommend them again.  There was a minor problem with the courier, but once I contacted Lords, I received a phone call within 15 minutes about my concern.  The Lords representative contacted the courier and called me back again a few minutes later identifying where the parcel was.  For other reasons, I couldn't get access to the parcel until late yesterday evening, but I still got another call this morning to check I had got the parcel.  This was a very impressive response to a minor problem I had and I was very pleased.  I think companies should always be judged by how they deal with problems and Lords dealt with my particular small problem better than I could have hoped for. I would just like to say a big THANK YOU to Lords of Notting Hill, for a fantastic price, and to the online team for their courtesy, efficiency, and speed. I ordered my vac Thursday 10.30am it arrived at my door Friday noon by 12.15pm it was up and running. I've been looking for a lightweight vac similar to the ORECK, but not the ORECK price, then I saw the VAX vcu-02 on your web site and could not believe the price, I was expecting some kind of catch. But no it's brilliant, If any of your customers are looking for a lightweight vac I would certainly recommend the Vax vcu-02 and that they come to you for it.  I'd used my heavy ( Beats as it sweeps) only a couple of days before, and when I got the Vax up and running I covered the same area and was amazed  how much extra the Vax picked up, it has powerful suction, gets right into corners, has enormous paper dust bags and with the extras supplied should last me years.
