Sabatier
Stellar Sabatier is a traditional range of knives made from premium grade stainless steel with classic French design in the style of the Sabatier brothers. Stellar Sabatier knives are fully forged, 'hot dropped' from a single billet of premium grade stainless steel. This single billet of steel forms the blade and continues all the way down the handle and is then rivetted in place using solid spun rivets to ensure the handle will never work loose. The blades are forged with a bolster for weight making them well balanced and safe. These knives are of excellent construction and lovely styling. They are ideal for chopping and slicing and specialist knives in the range are suited to every kitchen task. Stellar Sabatier is very popular with professional chef's who prefer a traditional style knife.
